A mentor of mine challenged me to create a letter of my choosing in a brand new font, designed by me.
So after pouring through his books on typography, and feeling very much inadequate to even touch this job, I sat down to sketch through some thoughts on lines and curves.
The assignment was for the letter A, in both small and capital form. Next up: the full alphabet!
